Once payment and photographs are received, delivery generally will be within three weeks. Work can be delivered sooner, if desired, by emailing your request to the artist for reply before ordering. Shipment of portraits, when balance is paid by personal check sent USPS, requires a ten-day waiting period from time of receipt. Should you wish to place an order entirely by USPS, include your payment with photos.

Please realize that a photograph doesn't always describe its subject accurately. A successful portrait is a collaborative effort between you and me, so the more information you give me the higher the probability of getting the result most pleasing to you. A portrait is not a photograph. I aim to bring out the essence of my subject's character by emphasizing the good features I see. Therefore, if you can include any additional infirmation about the subject's facial features, eye color, skin tone, personality, interests, and purpose of portrait, it will go a long way in helping me make you happy.
